We also can supply plastic medium plates (also known as plastic WANTONG panels, corrugated plastic board), PP and PE plates with the size of 1,500 x 1,200cm, thickness from 2mm to 3cm. In addition to the above mentioned products, we are also producing wood plastic composites (WPC). These are new materials recently applied by many companies all over the world progressively and widely. The WPC are made of PP, PE, PVC resins and recycled wasted plastic and natural fibre, including sawdust and scrap wood, rice hulls, coconut husk, cornhusks. The plastic and fibre are extruded and compounded into granules using special equipment and science formulations. Then the granules are processed into various profiles and decking further or injection molded into small articles. The plastic and fibre also are extruded directly into profiles and decking. The content of wasted materials in raw material is up to 95 percent. And the WPC saves a lot of valuable wood resources. So the WPC are environmental advanced materials with wider uses and good prospects.
